In the classes, we use different types of flour – wheat, rye and spelt – to show you how to make bread from scratch. From water and flour, we create artisan bread with sourdough, soft pretzels and delicious bread rolls together.
Spend a fun day in the kitchen, take home a wealth of knowledge and enjoy freshly baked bread you created!
Choose between a whole day class on the weekend or an evening class split over three consecutive weeknights. I also offer master classes specific to certain types of bakery items such as soft pretzels.
On top of that, I am happy to tailor a workshop to your needs for your next function or event!
